Cancelation Policy
As a valued client of Walter and Co Hairdressing, we understand that sometimes changes and cancellations are necessary, but please understand that when you cancel or reschedule an appointment without sufficient notice, it directly affects the earning ability of your stylist, and also means clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to be offered an appointment. We kindly ask that you give us no less than 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hours‘ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount, which will be added to your next service. As cancellations and "no-shows" have a significant impact on our business, we need to enforce our cancellation policy and appreciate your understanding. If you can't make it you will need to contact us via Facebook, Instagram or phone on 07 8686105 (this will need to be in the hours we are here which is 9-5 Tuesday to Friday).
No Show Policy
Please value our time as much as we value yours. If you don’t show up for your appointment and do not tell us, you will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service you were booked in for. This will be charged before your next appointment. If you do not wish to pay the fee, you will not be rebooked. We understand that circumstances can change but it only takes a couple of minutes to get in touch with us which means we can have notice to book someone else in.
